A herd of dugongs woke up one morning. They went off to have breakfast.

After breakfast, they went out to find a new spot to set up for the night in a small cave.

There was a shark coming their way and they woke up with a fright. The shark came to the dugong still asleep in the cave once the others were gone. This baby dugong, still in the cave, escaped by going under the shark and whacking it in the face with her back flipper. Then she caught up to the herd. Her mum was looking for her; when she found her, the baby told her mama what had happened.

The herd found a shipwreck not too far away from the reef. Here, they found a nice calm place to live forever in perfect harmony and they lived happily ever after.
